1. My main goal for this 2013 was: To try out some different races and get my half marathon time back under 1:50 since I hadn't in 2012

2. My Running Shoes: I have so many pairs of running shoes its ridiculous, but I love my Saucony Kinvaras

3. Favorite running gear item of 2013: The lululemon neck warmer!

4. Playlist screenshot: That's all over the place from chariots of fire to miley cyrus :)

5. Number of races: Break it down: 33

6. Most difficult race & why: Probably the Gloucester half, I had been sick the entire week prior and didn't feel 100%. Tough hilly course and freezing temperatures. Was a struggle mentally, but the outcome was good.

7. Favorite fun run: 5k Foam Fest

8. Favorite course: Devils Chase, Salem is gorgeous!

9. Race I want to do again next year: ALL of them, but I am looking forward to finishing Boston

10. Best bling/shirt from a race: I loved Hartfords medal and shirt this year, 20th anniversary running

11. PR/PB: For the half distance it was Hartford at 1:48 (best 1:46 in 2011)

12. Longest run: 25.7 (I did not get to finish boston!)

13. Out of state runs: a lot in mass and rhode island, and new hampshire

14. Total miles ran: just hit 1000

15. Favorite motivational/inspirational quote of 2013: I don't know that I have a favorite quote of the year. I stick to the same principles always, you get out of it what you put in to it.

16. Lessons I've learned: LISTEN to your body.

17. Injuries I battled and overcame: this year just bursitis in my foot, its tolerable.
